Cast Aluminum

A combination of old-world casting techniques with a state of the art finishing process which creates the very best in cast aluminum style and function. Our designs are first hand carved in wood to offer exceptional detail. The wood crafting is used to create a die cast mold of superior grade where molten aluminum alloy is poured. The resulting casting is hand polished to provide a smooth finished surface for painting. After a detailed cleaning process, the furniture receives a baked on powder paint coat  much thicker and harder than conventional wet paint. The piece then receives a hand-applied multi-step antique finish.
